The equipment is used to measure the refractoriness of refractories. The range of determination is 1580 ～ 1800 ℃. The equipment is manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB / T 7322 test method for refractoriness of refractories. Nhd-02 is heated by carbon particles. The furnace body, upper and lower electrodes are made of stainless steel, which is durable. Nhd-03p and nhd-04p adopt imported molybdenum disilicide heating elements and imported all fiber lining, stainless steel furnace shell and energy-saving furnace body. Camera horizontal imaging, through the camera automatic judgment of the cone curve, automatic recording of test data, can simultaneously carry out the sample comparison test and direct reading test. The machine is compact in structure, small in area, novel in shape, easy to load and operate. It has the characteristics of wide test range, high precision, less misoperation, high efficiency, stable and reliable operation.
